In his time as the Director, he has attended various builders’programs for authorization and also has been a representative for owners/ship managers for servicing, troubleshooting,break-downs, and investigations. He is well recognized in this field for his customer support services and is well trusted. This has led to him being well connected with most ship owners and ship managers across the globe.
